- MJMelissa JosephJul 6, 20261.0I can only speak to my experience servicing the Townes at Mill Street community, but the landscape maintenance has been consistently disappointing. During the growing season, our neighborhood has repeatedly gone two to three weeks between mowings, leaving the grass overgrown and weeds throughout the community largely untouched. The overall appearance of the neighborhood has steadily declined, and it no longer reflects the level of maintenance homeowners expect or pay for. Homeowners have had to repeatedly contact the HOA regarding missed or delayed service, and while explanations are often provided after the fact, the same issues continue to occur. I understand that weather can occasionally impact schedules, but recurring delays and inconsistent maintenance have become the expectation rather than the exception. I hope DJ's Property Maintenance improves its scheduling, communication, and overall quality of service because the Townes at Mill Street community deserves consistent, reliable maintenance. I wouldn't hire this company!
- JWJessica WoodwardJul 6, 20261.0I live at Townes on Mill Street in Plymouth, which is a large complex of 76 townhouses. The landscaping that was contracted is just about nonexistent. Our grass gets cut every 2-3 weeks, the planting beds have yet to be addressed, we have weeds throughout and multiple dead bushes. If fertilizer was put down then they certainly didn’t spread it everywhere. Any time I have seen them show up it’s usually only two people and they are in and out very quickly. No attention to detail. Multiple people in my community are extremely upset and the HOA is terrible at providing answers! This is my home and it’s being treated poorly. I’m embarrassed to have people over! Do not hire this company!
