I want to give a huge thank-you to Kyle N.for being so professional, patient, and kind to my mother-in-law while she was shopping for a mattress. She was recently widowed and had never made such a big purchase on her own. She was feeling overwhelmed at first, but Kyle took the time to walk both of us through the different mattress options and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. She returned two more times, including visits on her own, and Kyle continued to treat her with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, she was able to find the right mattress and feel confident in her decision.

After driving one half hour to this location I found out the store was out of power and Kyle ( the sales manager) was standing outside. He informed me they were out of power but I was welcome to come in. Fifteen minutes later I was a proud owner of a new mattress. Kyle was knowledgeable, and unlike other salesman, made me feel comfortable with the shopping experience. If you're looking for a mattress Kyle is the person to visit.
