  I like the mattress store concept. So much nicer shopping in that smaller space with people who are very knowledgeable about mattresses specifically.

  Do NOT buy the furniture care program! It is the biggest scam! I bought a 5k sectional that my family sat on after playing outside and because tree droppings got on us it transfered to several places on my couch. They are refusing to even come look at it because it wasn't a " single" incident. Meaning it wasn't just ONE stain, but several. Mind you, these are the size of less then a ball point pen mark. So I could throw up on ONE cushion and they would come clean that, but not TWO cushions. Explain to me how this makes sense. I've call corporate and all I got was "sorry, we can't override their decision" and the $400 fee I paid for this scam is NON refundable. I call bullshit!

  Our salesman Ali was great. Answered questions when we asked but didn’t pressure us. While it’s too soon to say how much we like our new mattress, we would go back to see Ali again if we need any more mattresses. Thanks again!

  Kyle was my salesperson and he is very patient and knowledgeable about the bed merchandise. We have purchased two beds here now and feel good about both purchases. Fair price and good value. .

  Waited for an hour, and when we were the next ones up the salesman helped someone that had just walked in. I get that it's a holiday weekend, but when you treat my time like that it makes my decision easier to go elsewhere.
