  Great service. Would absolutely buy from this store again. The staff was very helpful in getting our fridge ordered and delivered ASAP. The delivery and installation with William and Jerad was very prompt and quick. They were very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience.

  Appliance solutions. The first time I walked in there front door I was amazed at how professionally it was built out with all displays of current kitchen appliances. My l gas dryer had just died, and I needed a new dryer right away. Applied solution staff show me a matching dryer and stated. They could install it the following morning. Good nine a m. The delivery personnel showed up at 9:15. Remove the old appliance. Install the new gas dryer with hookups. Clean the area hooked up the duckwork, so it was more efficient. And the left less than an hour later. So if you're ever in need a kitchen appliances or household appliances, please give applied. Solutions, an opportunity to bid as I have go on to other stores including the big box stores, and they were always less expensive in her service is exceptionally well. Machine, which is 9 years old, and I'm sure I'll be seeing applied solutions in a few years as I understand nothing lasts forever. Except for me. Thank you. Applied solutions.   I highly recommend Appliance Solutions! Their customer service was excellent, answering all of my questions and making the entire purchase process effortless. I was thrilled to get next-day delivery on my new washing machine. The delivery team called 15 minutes before arriving, showed up exactly on time, and was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. They carefully removed my old machine, installed the new one, and ensured it was perfectly leveled and operational. Before leaving, they even gave me a helpful overview of how to run it along with some extra maintenance tips.

  To begin with after over 2 weeks of frustration dealing with Big George's in Ann Arbor. First I had to give 3 different credit card numbers before the salesperson got the numbers correct; then a week later a much larger Asko dryer than the one it was replacing was delivered, and then a week later a Miele with110 electric cord for a 240 outlet; finally I called Appliance Solutions back and spoke to Ben Kellogg who could have not been more helpful getting us an Asko dryer that was 24 inches deep that just fit under our laundry countertop. To top off this great service after the terrible experience with Big George's our new dryer was delivered by two great guys, William and Jerad. They hand carried the dryer from our garage up 5 steps into the laundry room near the landing so they would not have to track through our house using a dolly. Jerad carefully repaired our vent that had been put in in 2002 when our house was new and William leveled it perfectly and he also programmed it for us. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for the terrific experience dealing with Appliance Solutions and the great people working there.

  When our oven suddenly broke, we called Ben to inquire about getting a replacement. We told him what we were looking for and he had options right away. We went to the store in person that same morning where he and Allison answered all of our questions and let us explore all of our choices. They were easy to talk to, helpful, transparent, and not pushy at all. We scheduled delivery for the following Tuesday. Will and Jared called when they were on their way, handled both our old and new ranges with care, and left no mess behind. Since we're also looking into getting a new washing machine, they took a look at our current setup and gave us great advice on how to proceed when we’re ready. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Buying a major appliance can be intimidating, but Appliance Solutions made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. We look forward to working with them again soon.
