From our first appointment to discuss our options, through the purchase, removal of our old built-in oven, delivery, and installation of our new one, we received nothing but top-notch, exceptional customer service.   Recently purchased a new washing machine from Appliance Solutions and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The owner met and instructed me on a machine that is a perfect fit for our needs. They delivered within a very short time and during the delivery and setup noticed a problem with our dryer exhaust. Not only did they tell me about it they fixed it. The two delivery men were very professional and very polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked or expected a better experience. Thanks you all. And by the way the store is amazing.

  Both the service in the store and at my home were exceptional! The technicians call ahead of schedule, were in and out of my home in less than one hour. They waited for me to clean up the laundry area after they removed the old washing machine. Then they notice my dryer vent was not properly installed and offered to fix it. I would recommend Appliance Solutions to anyone looking to buy their appliances. Thank you for making my experience with you incredible 😊

  This is the first time that I have used appliance solutions and I can not recommend them enough! My fridge died when the heat was really bad and I figured I was left to go to a big box store and get ripped off. One of my friends told me about Appliance Solutions and I am so glad they did! They helped me figure out what was right for my space and my needs and best part I didn’t get ripped off! They beat the price from everywhere else! Not only that but they were easy to coordinate with for delivery and installation and they took my old broken fridge. The delivery personnel were so respectful and polite I couldn’t believe it. If you find yourself in the same situation or are simply looking to upgrade your appliances you can not go wrong with Appliance Solutions.

  I give these guys a 10/10 on customer service! I trust them to come to my home, deliver my Appliances and install them even if I’m not home. Which the best part is joking around with them but I’m a busy business women so it’s tough for me to be home. Ben and ally in the show room are always the best. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. They are also local! The warehouse is in Brighton so I got same day delivery on my fridge. The boys brought my fridge in and took the old one same day. We laughed the whole time. I also had ordered an ice maker that was delivered separately. I wasn’t home for that one but it was beautiful when I got home! Thanks guys!
