EDIT 7/29/26 at 5:17 p.m.: The "Response from the owner" to reviews like mine is laughable, because we have done nothing BUT contact Lowe's to try to get our door. Customers should not have to repeatedly reach out to an establishment that has had payment in full for weeks in order to get the product and service they paid for. We've called that number so many times to just be told again that they can't help us, that they have done all they can do, and that it's the "Install Partners" who handle it. When we talk to the "Install Partners," they blame Lowe's.
Here's my original review:
We paid for a product plus installation on June 13th. The installation has been cancelled and reschedule 4 or 5 times now and Lowe's cannot give us any answer as to when we will actually get the product delivered and installed. While the people from Lowe's that we have dealt with have been pleasant, pleasantness does not solve the problem of Lowe's having our money for weeks with zero product or service delivered.

Lowe’s in Benton harbor absolutely SUCKS when it comes to customer service. You ask for help in a dept and NOBODY ever comes! Workers are very lazy. Lady asked if anyone ever came to help us we told her no and all she said was “I’m sorry to hear that”.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Wasted a vacation day and an entire weekend fixing their mistake. Had no issues getting help, staff was friendly, but one small mistake was repeatedly pushed back to me as 'my problem to deal with'. Were it my business, I would make it right, rather than insist the customer spend a weekend making and waiting for phone calls just to get what they paid for days late. It has been frustrating and time-consuming.
So upset at this point I will not be shopping at lowes again.
