  The sales person was patient and very helpful. We had some specific needs and he listened and recommended the ideal chair chair for our needs. He also recommended a financial arrangement that we found attractive.

  We just got a sofa and loveseat from here and they are so comfortable! Thank you Debbie for pointing out the loveseat cuz I didn't even see it at first. It's a great set of furniture for our family!

  The 1st bench picture is what I ordered; A grey fabric covered bench. The 2nd bench picture is what was delivered; a dark brown fabric covered bench. And now they refuse to replace it with correct colored item AND are insistent on charging me a 25% restocking fee. One person even tried to tell me they were the same color!!! Will never shop with gardner white again. Be VERY AWARE OF ORDERING ANYTHING ON LINE with them.

  I bought a couch in August of 2025. Less than one year, the cushions are coming apart. Called a service order in. Was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks to get the new cushions. While waiting, the cusions are losing matieral through the holes. 12 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called and was told we reached.out to the manufacturer yesterday. No they didn't, they reached out after I made contact. No one called me back with an update. I called back and was told ot would be a couple more weeks. I received a package today and it just covers. No new cushions, and now they want me to schedule installation. Half the cushion is missing and they wont replace the whole cushion. Terrible customer servoce and terrible product. 1000 couch didn't even last 12 months. Picture shows hole where stuffing is coming out for the last 16 weeks waiting on only covers.

  Zak was very friendly and helpful while we shopped, and bought a new mattress and adjustable base, along with a new dresser. However, your Auburn Hills store, really needs at least ONE electric mobility scooter or cart, for your disabled guests. "Debbie" met us at the main entrance as we initially walked in, asking her for a mobility cart, she said she had never seen a furniture store with one of those! You only had one wheelchair, which we ended up using, but my wife struggled to push me around the huge showroom you have, in Auburn Hills. We have been to much smaller furniture stores recently shopping, that actually have scooters or electric mobility carts for their guests... there is ZERO reason why a bigger company like Gardner-White, can't provide mobility carts, for their disabled guests. Please consider providing this for future guests, it would make life much much easier, for disabled customers to shop at your store.
