Lowe's will NEVER get another penny from me or mine. We hired them to do a flooring project and it has been fumbled EVERY step of the way. There appears to be no communication with or between the subcontractors they hire, which led to SO many headaches for a relatively small project.
1. Their measurements guy apparently left out an entire closet AND told them specifically not to trim half of the job. That doesn't make any sense.
2. Their delivery guy delivered WAY too much subfloor (by about 30 sheets), and he showed up in Crocs at 11:30PM, 12 hours after the scheduled window, and I had to carry most of the plywood and flooring up myself. Why did I pay for this?
3. Lowe's offered to come pick up the wood, but 2 weeks later and 4 "attempts" later, it is still here because Lowe's apparently can
Not communicate the amount and size of product properly.
This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright inept. I have worked with many other companies for similar projects, including Home Depot and NEVER had so many headaches.
If you've read this far, let me summarize by saying GO ANYWHERE ELSE. It is not worth your lost time or the stress.

I want to add a review for an outstanding effort by Mark Froelich in the kitchen design department at the Scio Township Lowes. I had Shannedoah cabinets installed last year with Lowes contractors and a designer who both left Lowes after my kitchen was completed. I had some issues come up after about 9 months of the kitchen cabinet remodel was complete. Shannedoah offers a lifetime warranty on their cabinets but my designer and the installer no longer worked with Lowes. I was directed to Mr. Froelich regarding the cabinet warranty and how to get the damaged door replaced and installed. He stuck with me through the process and advocated on my behalf to get the new installation company to do the repairs and connect the warranty work to the right people to get the job completed. Your efforts are so appreciated, even when it took many emails and phone calls to make the this happen he stuck by, even though this was not a job he sold!! I would highly recommend Mark Froelich for your kitchen projects. I should also mention the cabinet line I purchased is Shanedoah's solid wood cabinets and grateful they stand behind their warranty and product.
