  Sales staff we're very helpful and did an excellent job.. Quality of product was substandard. Very disappointed. When chair was delivered it was delivered broken, but no one noticed until they left and then I had to wait eight days approximately for a repair person to come. He repaired it and now a month or so later it's broken again. I'm getting around to calling the store today to see if I have any way of returning it, I don't want it. Very disappointed. I haven't bought lazy boy for years and now I'm glad I haven't.

  The best part of our experience was the sales associate Justin Bozung I do not like sales people, and he was the most cordial comfortable sales person I have ever dealt with. He deserves a good raise! He waited on us and also took care of other people in the store as well Because they were busy, yet we didn’t feel left out or neglected at all Store was clean and organized Can’t wait to get my furniture!!!!!!! Thank you, Justin !!!

  Nice selection. Needed something to be delivered to my Mom's new senior apartment fast, and they went above and beyond to make sure what they had in the store was available in their warehouse for quick shipment. Quality non-reclining stylish options..was pleasantly surprised since I'm not a fan of reclining furniture. With the holiday sale and free delivery, the price was a huge value. Hopefully the delivery is on time, smooth, and no damage to the pieces.

  Great experience overall! Justin the sales associate at the Ann Arbor store was very helpful and friendly. Communication about delivery date and time was excellent. Finally, the set-up was excellent. Very pleased!

  My mom bought a lazy boy chair 20, 25 years ago. 10 years ago when she passed away I inherited the chair. I used it for or 5 years at my house in Kansas City. when I brought it to Michigan, it sat on my back porch for The Last 5 Years no protection from environment or animals. that chair is still the most comfortable chair in the house even after all that. well until now, I bought two new ones and they're just like mom's so I hope they last 25-30 years like this one did they're well worth it
