  Quite bummed to have waited 6-8 weeks for an expensive couch with upgrades only to have it delivered with flaws and the delivery drivers putting a good sized hole in my wall. While there appears to be a process to resolve both, instead of just being able to enjoy my new couch, I am met with a long list of action items and next steps (pictures, receipts, codes, contractor quotes, etc.) Still waiting to hear back on my claim submitted about two weeks ago to know if the couch and wall will, indeed be fixed. An unfortunate experience as a repeat customer.

  Walked in and Bob helped us right away. He was very calm and did not force us to buy anything. He was great! Walked out feeling good!

  Amanda was just super. I explained our old sofa was at its end and I needed help. She asked what our family needs were and where the sofa would live. She showed me and explained to me the many sofas, their features, their differences until I found the perfect one. Amanda helped me choose a great fabric. She was so professional. I will definitely come back to Amanda for any future furniture needs!

  Excellent customer service from Bob, he made picking out pieces for our new place very easy and had excellent knowledge on what was in stock, other colors and materials, and helping us get the delivery set up.
