  Bob our Lazyboy concierge salesman was excellent. He helped me to find the recliner that fit my height of 6 foot 4. I will need it before my cancer surgery coming up and he got it done and it will be delivered next week. I am a disabled Veteran and happy to use your Memorial Day sale. Thank You.

  Emily Uyttenhove was very good. She was helpful and patient with my husband and I. Very personacl and she knew the products. I rarely follow through doing reviews. But, Emily was that good.

  Emily did a great job helping us understand the options and patiently waiting for us to test, retest and test again before confirming our choice of a pinnacle model power recliner. It was delivered today an hour earlier than the window! (They notified us of that). Great store, great employee and a wonderful experience overall. Just in time for the NHL and NBA playoffs. Thanks Emily!!!!!!

  Just purchased a new living room recliner at the Ann Arbor store. Amanda was our salesperson and she was extremely patient and helpful. Her extensive product knowledge and design assistance helped us come up with the perfect chair. We highly recommend both Amanda and La-Z-Boy Ann Arbor.
