  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They have missed approximately 9 weeks of mowing my law on a pre-paid contract. They do NOT return calls or emails. This is not just me that they are doing this to. My next door neighbor as well.

  UPDATE: I would strongly caution anyone considering EcoLawn to think carefully before hiring them. My lawn has been negatively impacted by delayed and inconsistent service, and the difference is especially frustrating because my next-door neighbor, who also uses EcoLawn, has apparently been serviced more consistently and their lawn is in significantly better condition. I contacted EcoLawn directly, sent photos showing the condition of my property, explained the service issues in detail, and gave them an opportunity to address the problem. Despite that, I have received no meaningful response, no phone call, and no satisfactory explanation for why the service at my home has been handled this way. Mistakes and scheduling problems can happen. What is much harder to excuse is a company failing to take responsibility once a customer brings a legitimate problem directly to their attention. At this point, this is not simply a complaint about lawn care. It is about reliability, communication, accountability, and whether a company stands behind the service it sells. Based on my experience, I would not recommend EcoLawn. If you are considering using them, I would make sure you understand exactly how frequently your property will be serviced, what happens when treatments are delayed, and what recourse you have if your lawn suffers as a result. I gave EcoLawn multiple opportunities to address this privately before reaching this point. Their lack of meaningful response has only made the situation worse. ⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Service and Communication I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with EcoLawns this season. I paid for professional lawn-care service with the expectation that my property would be treated consistently and on an appropriate schedule. Instead, I experienced delayed and inconsistent service, and the condition of my lawn has deteriorated significantly. What makes this particularly frustrating is that my next-door neighbor also uses EcoLawns, appears to have received service much more consistently, and her lawn is in substantially better condition. I contacted EcoLawns directly, provided photographs showing the condition of my lawn, and asked for management to contact me with an explanation and a plan to correct the problem. After receiving no response, I followed up again and specifically requested a call from management by the end of the day. Still no call and no meaningful response. I gave the company multiple opportunities to address this privately before posting a review. At this point, the lack of communication is almost as disappointing as the condition of the lawn. I have now filed a formal consumer complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Team and documented the condition of the property and my attempts to resolve the matter directly. I am still willing to give EcoLawns an opportunity to make this right, but I expect management to take responsibility, inspect the property, explain what happened with my service schedule, and provide a reasonable plan to restore the lawn.

  Coustmor service is not good at all , with out letting us know that they are not able to come for cutting they just disappear. We are in dark that they will ever come or not . This is very unprofessional attitude they have rite now .

  I’ve used eco lawns for more than 5 years. This year has been a disaster. They extended the mowing season for a full year contract then proceeded to not come for the first 3 weeks. They blamed weather but it didn’t rain for 3 straight weeks. Now according to them, they’re having system issues so accidentally skipped customers. After notifying them of missed service it still took more than a week. And now I’m at 10 days between my last cut again. Their voicemail says they’re aware of service delays and asks customers to email them so I’m not an outlier. I have emailed. Multiple times with no response. I prepaid for weekly cuts all season. I get weather will sometimes impact service but they’ve missed at least 6 weeks and won’t refund me for any missed service. I’m in a worse position financially than if I paid weekly. And my lawn looks ragged and overgrown with no end of subpar service in sight.

  Began our lawn cutting at apartment complex this spring. Everything was going fine till a couple weeks ago when they stopped showing up. Its been three weeks since our complex got mowed. Ive called owner multiple times and company no one answers or calls back.
