- SESteve E2 days ago1.0Checkout wouldn't let me pay after I scanned my app QR code. Fine. Computers are computers. The associate told me I was doing it wrong, even though I've done it hundreds of times. She made me do it several times, with the sane result. She told me to come to a different register, leaving my account logged in on the original machine. I asked her to clear that machine first, so nobody else could possibly use my account and she told me not to worry about it. After she ran me up, the card reader asked if I wanted email receipt, which I always do for work. I was reaching for the machine to touch "email and print", but she clicked her screen first and the receipt printed. When I asked her if it was emailed also, she lied, saying it did it on its own. I told her I just saw her do it and she got snippy with me. I hardly ever have problems with Lowes, but I'll definitely avoid this location.
- PFPam Foster5 days ago2.0Hanging flowers on sale 2 for $15. Every time I go for their sales, they are out of items on sale. I went at 9:15 this morning. They had 1 and 1/2 racks. RED OR WHITE PETUNIAS ONLY. No variety. So I ask if they have any more. I was told "yes, in the back". I said ok. "When will they be brought out?" I was told Very Rudely "much later" Seriously??? I am going to Menards! I get 11% off future purchase And, They Always Have A Variety. Plus, their regular price is not much higher than Lowes so called sale on Ugly flowers!

When we asked the gentleman working in the lawn equipment department inside the store all he did was point down an aisle, the WRONG aisle!! He wasn't busy with another customer, just lazy. Very unhelpful employees. Lowe's must be trying to get rid of customers and it's working. We left the store without buying the $279 gas edger we went there to buy.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
