- MJMark Johnson5 days ago1.0Too bad I wasnt able to leave half a star. First, I couldn't even order what I wanted from the website. It just kept going back to the home screen so I had to go into the store and place my order with the department head. This was on the 1st of May, and here it is 2 weeks later, and still no shipment when It was originally supposed to be 10 days. When I went in 4 days ago, I was told it was in Pennsylvania and should be here the next day. Nope.... what a joke. Last time I ever order on their website. Not a good experience at all.

Proceeded to walk to the lumber department where product stated it was then was told they are out in the yard with the fencing… okay where?!?!?? It’s small pack of hog rings and set a customer out to roam around looking aimlessly in the lumber yard. Put the hog rings on a shelf inside you doorknobs!

Sat and waited for a pickup order that they let us know was ready finally at 7pm, for 30 minutes after letting them know we were there, just for the store to close and never get our order.

We were having issues with understanding prices and both of them patiently helped us despite being such a busy day.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
