  trusted A1 Clean Sweep to clean homes for several of my real estate clients, and I’ve always had great feedback. Kyleigh is easy to work with, does a great job, and always leaves the homes looking spotless. It’s nice having someone I can confidently recommend to my clients. I’d definitely recommend A1 Clean Sweep if you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service!

  Company refuses to stand behind their horrible “deep clean”. Blocked me on Facebook to keep my reviews and comments off. Took photos of my home without permission and then used them online to promote their business, knowing how unhappy I was with their work. They came to my home and saw it and quoted $80 an hour for 4 hours on a deep clean. I stressed I wanted everything clean, would pay extra. After 2.5 hours they said they were done. Nothing was fully cleaned, some rooms were untouched. I pointed out they hadn’t cleaned baseboards or any surfaces so they walked around half way wiping things, sprayed furniture polish on my furniture and didn’t wipe it off, then acted like they were finished again. I’ve had to hire another cleaning company to come clean again. When someone pays for a clean home, they deserve a clean home. Ann told me they have never had a complaint , I think they’ve just deleted and blocked those who haven’t been happy, just like I was done. Ann also told me I would be receiving a refund, I haven’t seen it. My text messages are being ignored. If you truly want a clean home, don’t go with this company. I listened to my cameras after they left and the girls talked horrible about my home. Nobody deserve such horrible service and care from a cleaning company. Also, most of their reviews on here and social media are from previous owners. Beware their business values don’t fully align with the previous owners. I’ve been told by several that the previous owner would have never left a job in the condition they did. Update as of 3/16 I still haven’t received a refund it’s been 8 post office business days, and 6 business days. After I made my review Thursday morning, Ann called me and told me she had mailed the check, and if I hadn’t received it then that wasn’t on her, but the post office and it wasn’t her problem. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to stop slandering the company online, and told me she was sending my info to her lawyer. Hopefully she does and he advises her that she follow through with the refund I was promised, instead of throwing the blame on others and trying to turn me into the bad person for a situation her company created. I’m attaching photos that were taken immediately after their crew left. These aren’t even half of the things I found. *PS: It’s only slander when someone speaks of untrue things about a company or individual. Everything that I have written or spoken about my experience with this company is 100% true. If they’d like for me to stop leaving honest reviews that show their company to be a fault, they should address a situation they messed up on correctly and fully, instead of blocking and ignoring it away. Update it’s now March 20 and I haven’t received the refund they say was mailed on March 6th. Gotta love a company that can’t be honest. As far as the companies comment of “We base our pricing off how much work is needed at a job and this was a job well worth the price that we quoted.” You can’t determine that because someone was supposed to come look at their horrible work, and chose not to. It would’ve been different if these girls wouldn’t have came out to the house to quote it, and were told that I wanted a deep cleaning, regardless of how long it took or how much money it cost me. You did not provide the service you quoted for, period. They didn’t even clean for the amount of time that They told me they were going to clean. And it was pretty obvious that my house needed a lot of attention. Your child and her friends walked in my home and spot cleaned for two hours and then decided they didn’t want to do the job, but they still deserve to be paid.

  A-1 Clean Sweep is honest, thorough, and priced fairly. Jeff the owner came out soon after my initial call to provide an estimate, and scheduled the cleaning at a time that was convenient for us. One of the things Jeff does that many companies don't is he vacuums the entire area before cleaning, which make the cleaning itself more efficient. He is meticulous--cleaning every inch of the carpet. He also makes sure to move furniture carefully and to put foam pads under the furniture while cleaning to make sure it is not damaged. I highly recommend this company.
