  True story… Against the recommendation of the park and every single person in my party, I kept the keys of my Ford truck in my pocket during my first time on the Roar-O-Saurus. As luck would have it, my keys fell out. Could not be found anywhere. I left my truck door open, so I knew I could get back in. I then called ONYX and they arrived within the hour. After some trial and error with the key code, they were able to verify that I was the owner, get the correct coding of my key from Ford, ripped me a new key and saved the day. They even coded and ripped me a second key for a very good price…. Much cheaper than the dealership. So to recap, listen to the StoryLand staff when they tell you not to have anything in your pockets on the Roar-A-Saurus, and count on Onyx, to come and save the day. Thank you!

  Fast, courteous, responsive. A life saver. Can’t recommend more highly. Hopefully I’ll never need again but if I need these services do I’ll call them for sure.

  I recently hired Onyx to unlock a roof rack. They came quickly and unlocked one of the two sides. They told my wife that the lock would not re-lock itself. In moving the box, the top closed and the box relocked itself. I called Onxy to come back so I could get the rack mounted and this time get the lock completely unlocked. They said it would cost an additional $150 for them to come (same thing we paid for the first round). I did not have them come back and I would not use them again.

  Best experience I’ve had with a locksmith. He came in an emergency with my 2016 750i. I lost my key while riding my motorcycle. The dealerships was charging me 870 and another BMW quoted me 1000 and I also had to wait for it to be delivered and go pick it up. He came the same day and I watched how much he had to do. Which was a lot . Got a better deal than any dealership with oem key fobs and also a spare. For both keys from the dealer I would have been dishing out 1300 to 1500. He also cut the physical keys. I’ve never given anyone a review. He definitely deserves it and he will be the “GUY” I refer to anyone with a similar problem.
