You wouldn’t expect to need much assistance from staff at a self storage facility, but Trish went way out of her way to thoroughly accommodate us.
The facility is well maintained with almost a private location and a pride of ownership. Highly recommended.

Westbrook facility has the worst management and customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My billing address had changed and in one day they put a red lock on my door. So I paid my bill and the included fee that they refused to wave and they still would not remove the red lock from my door. The customer service representative that I called said that she cannot give the Manager’s phone number out or explain why she was unable to leave him a message. I paid an extra $50 fee to not have access to my Unit until the Manager felt like coming to change the lock. The manager is unable to be contacted. Customer service will not tell you why. Every single month they raise my rent $50. Every month I call and they lower the rent back to the contractually agreed price. If you were on auto pay, you might never notice and they also will not refund your money. Although the units are nice and new, I cannot wait to move out of this place horrible customer service. Customers beware
