Convenient location, easy access when you're pulling a trailer, and easy to find my unit (after figuring out that my unit number that starts with B is in the A building not the B building). Management was responsive and helpful when I had movers unloading a truck who needed the doors to automatically open instead of putting in the code each time. Price is fair and reasonable for a convenient and climate controlled space.

I had a pleasant experience working with Extra Space Storage. Sam, the manager from the Topsham, Maine site was very personable and knowledgeable. I had a 3 year rental that I checked on every summer. The building was always clean and a constant, comfortable temperature. I felt very safe going in the unit at any time of the day. The lights always came right on when I entered. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Storage here is effortless. Keypad protected and open most of the time. I’ve been able to grab gear and head to the mountains while the gate was still open.
Just got a phone call that an employee had found that my door didn’t latch when locking it and I was able to buzz over and locking properly. It’s the little things like that that make me confident in the store solution among many other, including climate controls! #Secure
