The space was clean every time I visited, which was many times. I encountered staff on one day and she was so pleasant. The premises always felt really safe. The person I chatted with initially to book the storage unit and close out the rental was very nice and efficient. They provided the service that I paid for, and I believe I got a promotional rate for a free month of storage, which was awesome.

I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Topsham, especially because of Sam in the office. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she made the whole process so easy. She walked me through everything, gave me a tour, and helped me choose the perfect unit for what I needed.
I also had a LOT of packages delivered there, and Sam went above and beyond with every single one. She took such great care of them and even placed them inside my storage unit for me. She honestly did so much more than she needed to and made our lives so much easier.
Sam is kind, helpful, and truly amazing at what she does. Customer service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend this location and especially Sam!
