Staff not helpful. Needed a range. Unable to get anyone on the phone so drove quite a distance. Took 45 minutes to order with the lady at the desk. She then said there was a problem and the guy that could handle it was on break. Took our number for him to call and he never did. Went to Home Depot. Easy transaction. Even delivered a floor model on discount. Lowe’s had said they can’t deliver their opened ones. Many more employees at Home Depot willing to help over the years.

Ordered same day delivery a week ago. Every day I get the same "You have a new delivery date" for the following day. On this order is 30 bats of insulation. There is a bulk discount for 15 or more. I need to get the job started so I'm going to go in and pick up 15 additional bats. They only have 12. So I speak to the manager and explain that I've been waiting a week for my "SAME DAY" delivery and would like the remaining stock at the bulk price so I could get started. No was her simple reply. But what I could do is split up the order, have it picked (picking takes up to 4 hours). So there's no way I can just load up what you have on my truck from what's sitting on the floor and get the 15% discount? It doesn't work like that. Well, Lowe's, let me tell you something; it SHOULD work like that. You make me wait for my product that you promised same day and you can't give me what is on the floor.. and you don't even have to deliver it??? That's very poor customer service. I just set my Lowe's stock to sell first thing Monday morning because there is no way you are keeping customers with that kind of service.
