Deanna is an absolutely wonderful person to work with! Despite knowing that we are not ready to start our construction project yet she STILL helped us tremendously and with full dedication! We cannot thank her enough for all the efforts she made to assist us even with her busy schedule, we will definitely work with her and ONLY her in the near future and looking forward to have our dream house through this company.
(Will be updating this review in the future for the outcome of the project).

Frequently Asked Questions About Maine Modular Center
Can modular homes withstand Maine winters?
Yes, modular homes are built to exceed Maine building codes with enhanced insulation, air sealing, and materials rated for snow loads and extreme temperatures common in our climate.
What's the difference between modular and manufactured homes?
Modular homes are built to local building codes, placed on permanent foundations, and appreciate in value like traditional homes, while manufactured homes follow federal HUD codes and are typically considered personal property.
Do you offer custom floor plans?
Yes, we customize layouts to fit your lifestyle and lot requirements. Room sizes, window placements, and architectural details can be adjusted before manufacturing begins to create your ideal home.
What happens during the installation process?
Installation typically takes 1-2 days where cranes set modules on prepared foundations, followed by connecting utilities, completing exterior finishes, and conducting final inspections before occupancy.
Are modular homes energy efficient?
Modular homes often exceed traditional construction efficiency due to tighter building envelopes, controlled factory conditions preventing moisture issues, and modern insulation standards designed for Maine's climate.
