Stephanie went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She helped me with everything from setting up my account to giving me a tour of the unit and even brainstorming different ways to organize everything, despite me having limited knowledge of the of the things i would be storing. I absolutely loved my experience with Stephanie she is so super helpful and understanding, and beyond accommodating. Even after letting her know I had some fears of the elevator she was able to get me a floor down even. I have worked with her years in the past also and she was nothing but accommodating then also with a sensitive case. I ONLY wanted to work with her and I cant tell you how much that means to have that familiarity and kindness I remember all the years later. I could go on how much its means but my life story and her kindness would be a mini novel as kindness like hers after the situation I've been in-is far and few between. Great job shes definitely a keeper and a wonderful helpful human being. And to be honest had her kind face not been there still I would have had to look elsewhere, so keep that girl she knowledgeable and patient but most of all helpful to specific needs of the individual customer.
