  Just bought a new Relay tub from Mainely Tubs. Purchasing and delivery was smooth. We initially had an issue with a small part on the tub, but Mainely Tubs quickly rectified the issue. Kevin came to replace the part, help setup the tub, and cleaned the tub. Kevin also went through all of the bells and whistles for the tub. Amazing service!

  So it could have been 5, but for now it's 1 star. It stated great, showroom was fantastic and delivery was smooth. Then I had a small issue. called 5 times, emailed and nothing back.... Wrote a google review. Next day I got best service, issue fixed, tub moved. I took down negative review and bought a "fast growing company" explanation. Now weeks later 5 calls and emails nobody is getting back again. I guess if you want great service, write a review???

  Just wanted to thank Cody and Kevin Provencher for coming to our rescue! Our tub was acting funky and they were able to swiftly able to diagnose and got it back up and running the same day! They even showed up a day early than expected. Made the wife very happy. Thanks again so much!

  I visted mainely tubs yesterday after speaking on the phone with Kristopher on the phone. Kristopher was kind and helpful and gave me some examples of some tubs in my price range. When I visited yesterday, I entered the shop and walked to where the only personnel was seated. He asked what I was looking for and I explained the size/features. He showed me 2 tubs well above my price range. I asked if there were tubs that were in my price range as I had discussed this with Kristopher and the 2nd salesperson said "if you want a tub in that price range, you should leave, there is the door". Strangely he then proceeded to show me that there were actually tubs in my price range (just not the fancy ones) and he called Kristopher to help me. Kristopher was as kind and helpful in person as he was on the phone. So, Kristopher gets at rating of 5 and his rude colleague gets a rating of 0, avering 3 stars if you round up. Kristopher I hope your coworker does not treat you the way he treated me and I thank you again for your help. However, I plan to purchase a hot tub elsewhere.

  We almost canceled our service call because the issue seemed to resolve itself, but I’m so glad we didn’t. Kevin came and helped us figure out why the issue happened in the first place, and answered a million questions we didn’t realize we had. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
