- RSRae Smith2 days ago5.0Owen and Aaron were here this morning to replace our hot tub heater and they were awesome! Great customer service which is so rare today! They give you a service window and then call you the day of appointment when they’re in their way! Such nice guys, reminding us that we’re still under warranty which covered the heater and that the service charge was lower than the phone quote! I can’t tell you the last time I had service on anything where they reviewed our account like that before showing up! Just can’t say enough good things about these guys and Mainely Tubs 👍🏻

- JCJim ConnollyAug 21, 20265.0We were having a problem getting our new tub to start up so the Service Dept. at Mainely Tubs sent a Tech down to the Cape yesterday to diagnose the problem. Kevin was AMAZING . Not only did he call when on his way but quickly diagnosed the problem , fixed it , set up the tub with chemicals, show me how to use the Blue Tooth for Music , and left me with an awesome new Tub I used last night for the first time !!! That is Five Star Service AND with a smile !!!!

He explained, clearly everything I needed to know and how to solve the issues. One of the BEST service calls I have ever experienced. If Steven is not already a stakeholder in your business, HE SHOULD BE! BRUCE AND SUSIE L.
