Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

I made an online order for rails and posts. The delivery date was changed repeatedly. In the end, only the rails arrived, posts didn't. But I have been charged delivery fee. I call both Sanford brunch and help center for reimbursement of delivery fee. Unfortunately, nobody helped for undelivered / delivery fee

Online they said there was wallpaper in store, I go to the store, the sign say wallpaper, there's no wallpaper. I finally found clearance section with two or three rolls of wallpaper. I find one I like, no price. I go up to Customer Service and tell them it's in clearance section with no price, they said it hasn't been marked down yet, only one roll, they have no way of getting more of it, yet they're gonna charge a full price for it. This is the second or third time this has happened. I'm just not going to Lowe's anymore.
