I rented a 10 x 30 storage unit from 10/2024 until 6/2026 at the Saco location. Rate was $165 a month. Every couple of months the price increased more than doubling my original move in rate. When emptying out my unit I discovered many furniture items were covered in mold and ruined. Calling the company was completely useless. Thousands of dollars spent on “rent” to store my now unusable ruined items. Don’t store with Extra Space.
