This review is about the food truck that Lowes rents space to in a back part of the lot. I had air conditioning problem in my camper and was trying to fix that. A food truck pulled up soon after me and the guy started setting up. Another man in a white pickup with Alabama plates kept staring at me whenever I happened to look his way. Finally I asked him directly what was wrong. He went on a tirade about it was their spaces made what was I doing there and he actually told me to move. My experience with Lowes was great but this extremely rude man made me wonder why they would have this business on their property. He also lost my business as I am a huge barbeque fan.

Several employees will looked right at me while struggling with a large box. No help was given, no offer. Nothing. Asked several different employees multiple different questions. Some questions like is this hardware included. The answer I get. “I’m not too sure”. Then walks away. Next time I’m not waiting or chasing down employees. I’ll start the forklifts climb the racks, and open every box to see what is inside. Not to mention some items were broken and will need to be returned. I’m not sure I’ve witnessed such a spectacle of professional incompetence and aloofness in my entire life.

Stopped over to purchase a vacuum, I asked a person nearby to help me unlock the one I picked out. I went to pay for it and it rang up $449 when on the sign it said $219. I had to go round and round with first some kind of lead person then an assistant manager. After take both of them back over to their display and showing both of them, they kept telling me about item number weren’t corresponding. There are no “item” numbers on the boxes anywhere. All I wanted was the vacuum that I picked with the price that I picked. After over 40 minutes they finally got their act together and I was able to leave with the correct vacuum. All of the vacuums in the display were switched around by sticker and display on the shelf, not by a customer because they were zip tied in place. Terrible customer service and a waste of frustration.
