We moved to Extra Space after dealing with two other storage facilities over the past 5ish years. Extra Space is by far the cleanest and most easily accessible in terms of location and hours - plus they have digital gate/lobby access through the app! The elevators function well, there are plenty of hand carts, and it doesn't have smell of a moldy basement. I am not nervous to go there alone at night given the ample lighting and security monitoring. Not to mention, their customer service is superior -- comparing to other business as well! The manager, Marsha, and her assistant manager Claude are so wonderful and treat people with actual genuine kindness. I wish we found them sooner, but we are quite happy here! Thank you Extra Space!

Marsha is a very polite, honest, and professional manager. My husband and I had a moving company placed our belongings at the facility, and we wanted to check on our items. The company did a terrible job loading all of our personal items into units and my husband had to find a solution to get one if the doors to lift up, but the way the movers logistically placed our items, we were having issue trying to get the door to open. Marsha was very patient and helped whatever and however she could. Once we got the door to open and did some rearrangement to avoid running into the same issue in the future, Marsha explained her process to let us know that our belongings as well as those who rented or will rent a unit from her facility are and will be secure and safe. She walked us through the process. We even watched her explain where to go and what to do with other unit renters. You can tell she takes pride of her facilty and her occupation as a manager. Thank you, Marsha!
