When I called him for advice for our unbalanced, shaky and noisy washing machine, he prompted me to use specific settings which immediately solved my issues. Didn't try to sell me a new one! We have been customers of his for several years in Eastport, Maine for our summer home's appliances. I would highly recommend him and Walls.
