  They said they could dry clean wedding dresses by shipping themto Portland. Once my dress was already shipped, they called me and said they actually can’t dry clean wedding dresses. They said they’d call me when my dress and my husband’s suit was returned to the Brunswick location. When it was done, my mom tried to pick them up for me while I was out of town and the Brunswick attendant said they didn’t have the dress or suit. They sent it to the wrong location and it was now in Freeport. My mom went to Freeport a couple days later to try and get the dress/suit during hours that an attendant was supposed to be at the desk (according to the website), and there was no one there, so she had to leave. I called the Brunswick location and told them they will have to get my dress/suit back to the Brunswick location because my mom would not be able to drive to Freeport again, and they gave me attitude over the phone. Still waiting for my wedding dress and suit.

  Update: Today, went back and used different machine on same row as number 12. Loaded my cloths and deposited the money. Watched till the machine kicked on and I could hear water running. After a few seconds, water sound stopped and the tub was turning but I couldn't see any water in the tub so I asked the worker shouldn't there be water visible? I was told yes, and THIS time was told if my clothes were not wet and washed, he would rewash them for free. Much better!!!!

  The young who did my laundry? Not only did an awesome job on the same day, she delivered it to me at my hotel. I give this place five stars all the way. Next time I'm back in Maine I'll be using them again. Thank you for the service you provided me!

  DO NOT COME HERE! NO machine is working, owner doesn’t give refunds. Go somewhere else. This place used to be a wonderful laundromat and today’s incident six dryer machines did NOT work and I lost $18. I’m hoping for a response and I’m hoping for resolve. Let’s see.
