Good service, been going here forever however corporate Lowe’s sense on the stores is getting too ridiculous. It would rather let “discounted” items sit on the floor for weeks and or months at a price no one wants rather than let the employees lower the price, and if sits they’ll just throw it off and write it off. Just seems for people that buy a lot of materials there all year and could use it, seems counterproductive to let stuff sit and refuse to sell

One of my favorite places to shop for Home improvement Lowe's has great brands and knowledgeable staff that move the projects forward. Almost everything you need for home or business in building and construction, maintenance and remodeling can be found here or Lowe's knows where you can go locally to get what you need. Lowe's has served our community, our contractors and the industry for a while.

I usually pickup and shop at Lowes in Augusta Maine because its closer to my house. They didn't have 2 of the item needed so we ordered from Brewer Maine and picked them up there. I walked into this store stood by the pickup place pushed I'm here on my order and Dakota immediately acknowledged me. As she waited for my order to come up on her device she got a voice on her walkie saying please stay at the desk for a min because someone was there to pick up an order which wasn't picked yet so him and another person were going to pick it now and she would need to put the order through. As this was being said a another young worker came over looked at me to make sure I was being helped. Dakota went to grab a cart, the young man grabbed 1 of the 2 doors as another woman comes out from a door behind me and asked if they needed any help. They loaded the doors on the cart and asked me if I needed any help out. There has never been a time that I can remember EVER having such amazing pickup order time or that level of customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
