- RCRandy Ross (Paradox Chronicle)6 days ago1.0I've used Lowe's Synchrony Pay Later bunch of Criminals, & Now Me & Lowes Business is Done! 36% APR tricked in at 0% for 6 months & 9% after tha! They Pulled Every Dirty Trick in Book! Making it so I couldn't even Pay (at 36.99% APR I was going to Immediately Pay It) then only Drafting $1 to ensure they could Charge Interest & to Hold against me later, when they Shut Off AutoPay so they could Bill Me a Late Fee, and Then They Started the Calls & Shake Down! So I Paid Up to 3/5th the Inflated Total barely over 2/6ths in, and they Immediately Demanded the Rest in 7 Days, or More Penalities & I Had to Call and Argue with them! They Were Going to Penalize Me if they did not receive Payment in Full not even half way through when they had already been paid 3/5th the Total because they already Shook me down that Hard! I did not take the Phone Call from them after they tricked me in at 0% for 6 months, then 8.99% after and Immediately jacked it up to 36.99% after the Deal was Done, and I did not answer their Immediate Calls after, and they Took Me As a Mark, and Essentially Robbed Me! Turning $300 to $375 in Two Months! Its a Scam, so now I'm Boycotting Lowes! I'm Done with Kobalt, I'm Done with You! Thieves, Criminal Loan Sharks! Skum! How Dare You!

Thank You, Sally for being patient and professional and taking the time to listen to my problem and stepping in and helping with a solution. I love this Loews, I drive down 120 miles because the staff is amazing and they have the best Garden Center and the healthest plants. I was really blown away how incredible Sally is at her job and the knowledge she portrayed. Shaughnessy and Kathleen were also very helpful and Ed in the Garden Center. Thank You for all your excellent customer service. I will continue to shop at your location. Happy Day !

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
