I came here for a metal roofing panel after Home Depot didn’t have the color I was looking for. The way you guys have your metal roof panels is not safe. Everything’s all smashed together trying to get something out of there like trying to wrestle a gorilla. I cut myself whilst putting a piece of sheet metal back because everything is so crammed together. to try and get something back You have to use a lot of force and lift stuff out of the way.

Paid $3300 for a Zero turn in June. Craftsman/Kohler junk! Mowed my lawn twice and then it started running on one cylinder. Missed the thirty day return window by two days. They told me the manager was on vacation and would call me the following Monday….. crickets! Ended up having to drag it down to Brunswick for repair. The guy told me I put bad gas in it then told me I put rusty gas on it. Told me they wouldn’t cover under warranty. I asked him to file a claim anyways and all of a sudden it was fixed as a “courtesy”. Got it home and mowed my lawn once and now it’s not working again. Lowe’s won’t do anything for me and neither will Craftsman. I won’t by anything from either of them again!

Tom, Store Manager proactively came out of the store to offer assistance putting a tool chest in a sedan when he saw we were struggling. Amazing customer service and this is 10+ service! So grateful for the assistance and will always come back. This is not the only time Tom has assisted us. We bought a freezer a few months ago and Tom assisted at time of purchase.
I would also like to recognize the self checkout assistant. She was instrumental in getting us assistance and so friendly.

DO NOT through Lowes for ANY contracting work. We hired Lowes in January to put new floors in our house. They subcontracted out to East Coast Flooring. There was MAJOR damage done to a baseboard heater pipe in our home during the installation causing $9000 worth of damage. We reached out to Lowes who told us we would be reimbursed for the damages if we had the repairs professionally fixed. We did that and they DECLINED our claim. They DO NOT BACK their subcontracted work and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY in their decisions. DO NOT HIRE LOWES TO DO ANY WORK IN YOUR HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
