We ordered a washer and dryer set to be both delivered and set up for our new home. They arrived a little late, but on the day promised. Even though they had a nice ramp to help get them into the house, they still had difficulty bringing the unpacked products into our home. They broke one of the balancing legs off the dryer along with some minor scratches. The washer hoses were 3 times too long, but they used them anyway. The dryer they installed so that the rear door to the outside would not close. They said the aluminum vent pipe was to long and they did not have tools to shorten it. They expected me to sign off on the job even though it was improperly installed and got belligerant when I wouldn't. They left the washer and dryer.anyway saying it was my responsibility. NEVER BUY FROM LOWE'S S!

Very hard to get help or assistance with an appliance issue. Causing my family’s food to go bad. Getting ahold of a manager is impossible .corporate was just as unhelpful with my issue.Employees that do try get let down constantly by the management blaming short staff issues. Still waiting for a call back about my issue. We’ll never buy another appliance from Lowe’s. Only did out of an emergency need. Won’t make that mistake again.

“Leadership is aware of your issue and will let you know when they can talk to you.” This is all I get when I ask to speak to a manager.
I ordered my countertops and cabinets on January 28th, 2026 and nothing but delays, problems with the installers and even the WRONG COUNTERTOP that we ordered. The store manager Tim and assistant manager Anthony both lie to get me out the store, off the phone and now is refusing to help me and escalate my issues. I spent over $20,000 on this project that is not even complete after 5 months!
Be careful buying anything from Lowe’s and don’t even try to get help from the “Leadership” in Augusta or even on the customer service line. All they will say is, “Leadership is aware of your issue and will let you know when they can talk to you.”
I’m still waiting for ANY leadership to LEAD!
