Several items arrived, but the paint I ordered was missing—even though the delivery driver’s photo clearly shows it wasn’t included. I contacted the Auburn Lowe’s store and was told it would be investigated, but I never received a follow-up and had to call again. After escalating to customer service, I was initially promised a resolution within 24 hours. Instead, I was later told the driver now claims the item was delivered, and I would need to file a claim that could take up to a week. I was also told I can buy more paint and wait for a possible refund, which is unacceptable given the evidence. This entire process has been inconvenient and disappointing. I simply expect a prompt redelivery or refund without having to jump through hoops. This all happened on May 5th it is now May 8th. I have been calling the local store and the 1-800 number and all I keep getting told is we escalated it someone will call you back. No one has called I have to keep calling.

Mental note for next time I receive amazing service. Brenda was working the paint department today and she was a rock star! She helped me match paint to my business’ brand colors expertly. When one color wouldn’t register with the paint match software, Brenda helped me find the perfect color for the inside of my food truck. I hope she gets the credit she deserves for outstanding service! Thank you, Brenda!

And I believe I initially saw it priced at this time for no more than $20. On my return for its purchase 1 week later (2 days ago) it was priced at $25+ for an 8x7 sized piece. I did not pursue with staff - no big deal.
