Kwame was great! He was expeditious in his ability to square away me a storage unit. I came by on Friday, found which units were available, my company reached out to him on Monday and he immediately contracted with them for me! This was a seamless process! The facility was clean and in good condition. The electronic access and wifi was always in good operating order. The rate was fair. The only thing i would have preferred is that since we were a long term rental, in one of their largest units, we would have like to pay a year in advance; we were limited to 4 months only.
