  We went into Raymour’s & Flanigan in search of a bedroom set. Immediately we were helped by Tatyana Kaminski. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and also gave us time in between to chat amongst ourselves to make our decision. Thank you so much for providing such a positive experience at this store. We will definitely be returning on the future.

  The experience at this new furniture is remarkable. Ms Maureen allowed us space to browse without any hassle & then offered her expertise when we were ready. We are in love with our new purchase and in love with the service we received. I would highly recommend shopping in this store for updated QUALITY items for decent prices.

  Absolutely great service, very clean nice store. What made it the most enjoyable was Mrs. Lin!! She was extremely helpful, very thorough, so nice, and made the processes so easy. Would highly recommend and will be back again !!

  Exceptional experience shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. We decided to shop for a new furniture for our living room. Maureen had the pleasure of helping us earlier in the day and selecting furniture: After leaving the store and finalizing our order, we decided to cancel and switch our order to different pieces of furniture. Thankfully, we were able to catch Maureen as she was leaving for her shift for the day. Maureen actually went back in the store to help us finalize our orders and her manager, Faye, was also great in assisting us with this change. Exceptional customer service at this company. We will definitely shop here again and recommend to others. I pray to encounter more customer service workers like Faye and Maureen! Thanks again!
