  I purchased a new sofa on July 9th. I am 59 years old and And I have never had a more positive experience shopping for furniture. Tiffany was the associate that helped me with my purchase. She was accommodating, friendly, Helpful, patient and Extremely knowledgeable!! I had specific needs and requirements on size because I own an old house and I don’t know of any other sales associate that would’ve taken the time that she did And with such Grace and Care. She knew exactly, mostly spot on Because of the measurements and what she had inventory, And what she could make work for us. I highly recommend this furniture store and definitely recommend this location for the best Customer Care.

  Great experience sofa shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. We hit a few stores and kept being drawn back to the selection at Raymour. We worked with Tyra while selecting our new sofa and she was top notch! Never pushy, let us shop around but was there to answer any and all questions we had. She made the purchasing process a breeze and we cannot wait for the delivery date. I would also like to mention Dakota the floor manager as he was extremely helpful as well. Both were extremely kind, knowledgeable and made our shopping experience memorable. Recommend without hesitation and next time we are in the market for furniture we know where we will be headed!

  Really great options. They had a ton of different options for different furniture, especially mattresses. I’m in the market for a new sectional so that’s what I was looking for. Everything is spread out so you have to walk around the entire store if you’re looking for one specific product. They had a good variety of fabrics and soft/firm couches. I don’t like how prices for different parts of the sectional are not included. It would be helpful for them to list the price of each piece of it so you know what it would be if you are choosing different pieces then they have on the floor. Also, there’s a boneless couch trend online and they did not have any of those available.

  Tiffany was absolutely wonderful! We had such a positive experience with her assistance to furnish our brand new home! She was patient, listened as we shared what we were looking for, and helped guide us every step of the way! Thank you Tiffany for making this such a great experience!

  Nick was extremely helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The store is laid out in a really cohesive way it’s easy to walk through and find all the available options and styles.
