  We had the best experience with Shannon. She was absolutely amazing!!! She gave us time to shop there was no pressure and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things that we may not have thought of or even considered when shopping for a bed and a recliner. And she even followed up after the sale to make sure everything worked out well. We are very grateful that we got Shannon as our sales associate. Thank you Shannon!

  I had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan in White Marsh! I purchased the Irving living room set, and Mr. Leroy made the entire experience such a pleasure. Mr. Leroy was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional from beginning to end. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions, and used his expertise to help me make the best choice for my home. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which made such a difference when making a big furniture purchase. His customer service was truly top-notch. He made the process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident and excited about my new furniture. Thank you, Mr. Leroy, for your patience, expertise, and outstanding service!   Antonese is the best!!!! I walked into a new store i never heard of met this Amazing associate she let me know about the sale and how long the company was in business and great deals they have on furniture. She let my daughter and I look around she cane by to check on us and we talked for at least 20 minutes got me approved for financing and we purchased 3 items with no hassle no long waiting. She was so kind sweet and patient with us made me feel happy about the purchase we made. All this took an hour im proud to say Antonese We will be back again for more pieces to decorate our new home thank you ❤️ 💙 💜
