  Couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Thank you Stephon!! I walked into his store with a bad attitude and intentions to take my business elsewhere. Was not satisfied with the rate I was being charged at a specific extra space storage location. Apparently, every storage space is priced differently according to location. After articulating my concerns, Stephon not only 'put out the fire' but offered a few different suggestions that helped remedy my situation. That man turned everything around and had me walking out comfortably and with a smile.. thank you sir!

  My father used to say something that really stuck with me over the years: “the only job to ever be ashamed of is a poorly done .” When it comes to being a customer service representative at a storage facility, on a surface level, I think many people would assume it’s not an overly complex job, mostly one where a person can just cruise and do the bare minimum. That was not the case or my experience when starting my account at ExtraSpace storage in Whitemarsh with my representative, Stephon. Stephon Has to be one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, engaged Customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not only was he extremely adept at navigating the systems and explaining the features and requirements and responsibilities I would have as a storage owner, but he also made sure to confirm that I understood what I was signing up for as well as giving me options to feel more comfortable about my decision-making process. Above all, I think what struck me most significantly and positively aside from his exceptional professionalism, was his genuine enthusiasm to leave a person better than he found them. I think someone taking a job that seriously and with such pride is a really positive experience that no one I can think of would walk away with anything less than a smile and a deep sense of appreciation that you were taken care of and treated with a sense of importance. I’m really excited for being a customer here, and if the rest of the employees are half as outstanding as he is – my property is in good hands. I deeply hope that this business understands exactly the kind of high-quality individual they have in their employee, and he is appropriately recognized for this level of competency and professional excellence.
