We recently remodeled our kitchen and got all our appliances through Lowe's. Tim from the appliance department was the absolute best! We had some of our original purchases not fit properly (our own mistake not Lowe's). When we went back in to look at other options a couple months after the original pirchase, Tim remembered us and he was so helpful in showing us different options based on our wants/needs as well as ensuring it would properly fit the space we have. If you are shopping for appliances, make sure you find Tim as he will provide you with top notch service!

Kayla and Stephanie chose not to honor the 20% coupon issued by Lowe’s corporate that had no exception to it for full price plants or seasonal items resulting in a fraudulent additional $40 spent that I will be addressing with Lowe’s corporate. Very disappointing that customer service chose to provide no service to a customer.

I cannot support a business that chooses to install flock cameras at all of its customer entrances. There is a massive difference between standard asset-protection security cameras and a data-collecting license plate reader network.

Purchase carpet April 2026. Unforeseen delays getting carpet in stock with installation date July 2026. Installer shows up July and carpet is incorrect( wrong stock number). Now entering October 2026 and I still haven't got my carpet installed. Several credits and rebills later I am on schedule this month. Loss of a day's pay in July when installers were unable to perform work due to wrong carpet. Computer system glitches and by salesperson at Lowe's along with carpet pros, scheduling, conflicts and lack of communication has made this somewhat of an uphill battle. I have been patient and will continue to be so. The carpet we chose was decent and the price I feel was competitive. Having to wait 5 months for carpet to be installed is excessive. The people at Lowe's and the people at carpet pros( their subcontractor) have been polite to deal with. I feel they would be better off getting someone to redesign and reorganize and streamline the process for flooring purchases and installs. Keeping my fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
Edit: three gentlemen showed up early October to do the install. This time they had the correct carpet. They were polite, professional and did a nice job(including removal of old carpet and cleanup once job was complete). I gave them a nice gratuity, in appreciation for the good job they did. Happy with the outcome.

I placed a very large order for pickup. The order included high value items, as well as bulky building materials. It was ready the same day and stocked on several carts in a secure corral when I arrived. The time from arriving at the store to beginning to load my trailer was less than 2 minutes. The one item that wasn’t available was shipped to my home at no charge, arriving the next day. Online ordering saved me about an hour of shopping time.
