    We’ve been visiting this Lowe’s over the past few weeks because we’ve been working on a lot of projects. The service is 99% amazing—the staff throughout the store are always helpful—but the garden department staff are especially friendly and helpful. On Monday, we had to pick up some pine trees and pavers, and this guy in orange driving the forklift did an amazing job! It was pouring rain that day, but he didn’t hesitate to provide excellent service!

    I am beyond frustrated with Lowe’s and their customer service. I purchased a $2,000 refrigerator and this has turned into a complete nightmare for my family. The first refrigerator arrived damaged with dents all over it. Fine — mistakes happen. I gave Lowe’s another chance. The second refrigerator arrived, I stocked it with over $400 worth of groceries for my family and two children, and then discovered it was NOT cooling or freezing at all. We lost food and were left scrambling trying to feed our kids and keep groceries from spoiling. Now from May 8th to May 10th I am STILL waiting on a THIRD refrigerator replacement with no proper updates, no urgency, and barely any communication. The Waldorf Lowe’s store never answers the phone, nobody follows up, and customer service has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. What makes this even worse is being told I need a “protection plan” in order to receive compensation or credit. A protection plan has NOTHING to do with basic customer service or delivering a working appliance. Customers should not have to buy extra coverage just to receive support when Lowe’s fails to provide a functioning product in the first place. It is unacceptable that after spending thousands of dollars, I am sitting here with two kids to feed, no working refrigerator, spoiled groceries, and no resolution. No accountability, no compensation, and no care shown toward the inconvenience caused to my family. This has honestly been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Home Depot would never. This is the last time Lowe’s will ever get my business.

    Visited this location today and asked the associate standing at the check out (doing nothing) could she check my item... She replied, "can't you just scan it yourself". I answered her by saying, "never mind, I'm good", and I left without making a purchase. Home Depot is exactly 1.1 mile away and I got the item for a few cents less and they at least had one person at a register that checked my item for me... Thanks "Lowes associate" for reminding me why I don't shop at Lowes. 😒

    They need new management that actually cares to have a proper system going on at Lowe’s. The amount of times I come here and it’s ALWAYS the same issue, no one wants to load items for customers. The cashiers will call on the intercom for the loaders to come assist customers and there will be a whole line of at least 6 people waiting at a time just for an employee to help. Every time I come here I have to ask a complete stranger that doesn’t work here to help me load and they do it instantly. A complete stranger is more efficient than some of these incompetent Lowe’s employees.
