  As excited as I was to use this company I am even more disappointed in the outcome! My original appointment was May 22nd. My facility is small. The technician sent out left several spots of dried up wax (some with hair in them). The tech was in and out the building as each layered dried. No real communication until I asked where he had been. I ended up spending my entire off day trying to get this done. I paid promptly as requested. I come in the next day to see all the wax stains which by this time resembled dried up urine. I reach out SEVERAL times to the owner to resolve the issue. He informs me that they've been very busy but he wanted to make this right. He "puts me on the books" for today. Instead of me being a priority I was somehow put behind another job. I can't give them another entire day of my life.

  This company has my AAA rating. It starts with making the appointment, everyone I spoke with was mannerly and Professional. Aaron , great guy, came to my house and worked diligently on a carpet with many old stains . They came back two days later to redo a few spots, no charge. The carpet really looks brand new . I highly recommend their services.
