  We are two years late for this review, but better late than never. My wife and I had Livewell Outdoors build our backyard pool/spa and home outdoor landscaping. To say that we are very happy is an understatement. I know that sometimes you can say reviews can be seen as “too good to be true.“ However, in this case, Livewell is too good, and we’re telling the truth. They did a fantastic job with everything — from the planning, execution, workmanship, to the follow-through. Bill and his team became our friends; and I really felt that our project was a priority for them. It was clear from the start that they cared about us and making sure this was a super looking quality pool. From the beginning to the end, they were there for us, and we really felt it. In the beginning of the project, Bill asked us questions about our preferences and desires. They did a site visit and then we met with him to finalize the design. Using a specialized computer program he came up with a few options; we could change and alter on the spot. It was really efficient and quite a sophisticated program. During the process, all of the workmen were excellent. They were kind, and courteous; I could tell they cared about what they were doing. They really were NOT cutting corners. I think they knew how important these projects are, and I could tell that they were quality/skilled workers. Any time there were questions or concerns we could reach out to the team to discuss alterations, or problem solve. Everything was addressed quickly, professionally, and with a very nice friendly sense of humor. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They may not be the cheapest option, but they’re worth it

  Livewell Outdoors was our obvious choice after meeting with multiple pool companies. From the first conversation I had with them, I always felt taken care of and like they had my family’s best interest at heart. I saw that in the decisions they helped us make during the design process - advising us against certain features that just weren’t right for us. I also saw it in the way they made things right when the unexpected happened (you never know what you will find when you start digging!). This was a big job - Livewell built a 20x40 pool, installed over 2k square feet of pavers, rebuilt our deck, and built an outdoor pavilion including a bathroom. We were so impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. They are the barometer by which we judge other builders who we work with - and most companies fall short. We asked for a backyard oasis - not just a pool - and LiveWell more than delivered.

  LiveWell Outdoors recently renovated the back of my house into a beautiful and highly functional entertainment area. Once I contacted the staff, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, knowledge and commitment. In fact, I was assured by the designers, the build would be unique and spectacular. I had some requests which may have been a little odd at first, but LiveWell’s courteous, experienced and efficient construction crew was a joy to deal with. They accomplished a significant amount of work from one day to the next. They let me know precisely what they needed and always communicated how they would mitigate interruptions from unforeseen events, such as the recent snowstorms. The elite crew was few in numbers but accomplished so much in a relatively short amount of time. They even impressed others with their professionalism. I had a few neighbors stop and they were impressed by the finished product. I have nothing but the highest of praise for LiveWell Outdoors…they deserve it.

  It was great working with Livewell to transform our backyard. We got quotes from 8 different companies and didn't feel comfortable about moving forward until we finally met with Livewell. We quickly learned that we made the right choice! They were perfectionist during the entire build and it definitely showed in the final product. We love our backyard and anticipate "pool season" every year. We get so many compliments, we always hear "wow! We didn't expect to see this when we walked back here!" We had a lot of friends who had nightmare stories about pool builds, but Livewell definitely took the stress out of the scenario for us. When we see old pictures of our space it's insane how much Livewell transformed it into Resort Living for Us. Thanks again Livewell!
