Livewell Outdoors did a complete backyard build for us this year, inclusive of extensive hardscaping, landscaping, and a large inground pool. We are very happy with the end result, and with the experience we had during construction. Our lot presented some challenges that meant a fairly extended design phase, while we were trying to solve for various issues. Bill was incredibly patient with us during all of our iterations, and creative in design and problem-solving with us. We broke ground in November and hoped to be able to swim by the summer, but were fully expecting permit challenges and delays, weather complications, construction issues that pushed deadlines, etc. We had none of that. The entire process, despite mother nature delivering snowcrete in the middle of our build, went unbelievably smoothly. Permitting and Inspections went without a hitch, and the job was completed in roughly seven months, exactly on time with the schedule that was outlined during our initial discussions with LiveWell. The size of the project meant complete demolition of our backyard, and much of our front yard given the construction traffic. But the job site was left in a safe and organized condition every night, and fully restored to better than before upon completion. Throughout construction, we were impressed with the quality of the work being done, the attention to detail, and the clear craftsmanship and skill set of the crews. They were all very skilled at what they do, and also clearly enjoy working together. I loved hearing the teams laugh and kid around as they did their work, and watching the seamless way in which they worked together. You could clearly see the camaraderie and experience of the teams, and that is reflected in the quality of the build. I am still amazed at what a pleasant process this was overall. I would wholeheartedly recommend LiveWell Outdoors, and would be delighted to work with them again.

LiveWell Outdoors lives up to their name. We installed a pool and used LiveWell for the hardscape design and they were amazing. Very thoughtful on how best to integrate a beautiful river setting with a pool. Their design considerations of natural flows, materials and the overall atheistic made our backyard into a gorgeous oasis. They had a challenging task - different elevations, new pool, kitchen area, decks and it turned out better than could have dreamed. With their thoughtful design they created a fully integrated backyard entertaining area. Quality work, customer focus and creative designs. This work was done in 2022 and still looks beautiful today and the natural landscaping has developed beautifully. So thankful we found LiveWell Outdoors

August 2026 - Elascio Taylor (MRW Lawn Technician) introduced himself and asked if there were areas of concern before he started the application. He was courteous and informative. He made us feel like he appreciated our business as customers. Excellent service.

Listen. If you value receiving pristine work along with receiving Excellent customer service and Excellent crew members and staff, then I highly recommend LiveWell Outdoors. They completed a combination pool-patio project for my home. Even when they occasionally needed to subcontract an electrician or a plumber- the subcontractors were true professionals at their craft. I appreciate that LiveWell is able to "see the whole picture" of a large project, as opposed to only being able to focus on one part. They are equipped to understand how constructing a pool/patio is not just merely building a pool and patio. They are educated in how to use natural elements and natural grading of the land, to create a hardscape and a softscape that is both functional and beautiful. They were attentive to make sure that water and soil drainage onto the patio area would not be a concern. I highly recommend.

We are two years late for this review, but better late than never. My wife and I had Livewell Outdoors build our backyard pool/spa and home outdoor landscaping. To say that we are very happy is an understatement. I know that sometimes you can say reviews can be seen as “too good to be true.“ However, in this case, Livewell is too good, and we’re telling the truth. They did a fantastic job with everything — from the planning, execution, workmanship, to the follow-through. Bill and his team became our friends; and I really felt that our project was a priority for them. It was clear from the start that they cared about us and making sure this was a super looking quality pool. From the beginning to the end, they were there for us, and we really felt it. In the beginning of the project, Bill asked us questions about our preferences and desires. They did a site visit and then we met with him to finalize the design. Using a specialized computer program he came up with a few options; we could change and alter on the spot. It was really efficient and quite a sophisticated program. During the process, all of the workmen were excellent. They were kind, and courteous; I could tell they cared about what they were doing. They really were NOT cutting corners. I think they knew how important these projects are, and I could tell that they were quality/skilled workers. Any time there were questions or concerns we could reach out to the team to discuss alterations, or problem solve. Everything was addressed quickly, professionally, and with a very nice friendly sense of humor. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They may not be the cheapest option, but they’re worth it
