I was in the process of reserving a spot to store my camper. Lots of communication with the crew at Extra Space in Upper Marlboro, MD. They were extremely patient with me and my gazillion questions. And so pleasant! In the end, I chose another storage business because it was only 7 miles from my home whereas Upper Marlboro is a good 45 minute drive. I almost hated to call Extra Space to cancel but when I did, they were happy for me, that I was able to find a much more convenient location.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Upper Marlboro. GREAT customer service!

Tamia made my whole Storage experience better than I had expected. First of all, I ordered the Unit online and when I come to get the code and lock I discovered the unit couldn't be used because the door was too small. Tamia was Great! She got another 10x15 with the Large Door for the same rate. I appreciated that very much. Once I moved my furniture in I realized that I needed more space. She was there to assist me again with her excellent service. She found me a smaller unit on the same floor down the hall from the other unit, and got me the best rate possible! Really appreciate how she removed the stress from the whole move. This is the first time I've used Storage Unit in decades. I would recommend the new location on Old Central Ave to everyone because it's new/clean and convenient and Mostly because of Tamia, She's the Best!
