  Kendra was wonderful with helping us find the family room furniture we were looking for and so patient with the help in finding fabrics for them. So down to earth. This isn't our first purchase with Lazy boy but would definitely work with Kendra again!

  I went to La-z-Boy searching for a recliner. I had very specific requirements regarding size and options. I was greeted by a wonderful salesperson who was friendly but not at all pushy. She was knowledgeable about the recliners, directing me to options which fit my needs. She gave me the space to check them out but was available for questions. I did purchase a recliner and found my experience at La-z-Boy to be very positive.

  Vitginia ans Jeannie ate exceptional sales reps. Virginia came in on her day off to help with my order. Who does that anymore? Professional product knowledge and courtesy were on display every minute with them

  Excellent customer service the sales rep , Virginia really took her time asking us what our requirements were of a new recliner and our needs then took us to various recliners for us to try out. Reviewed all the various types of material and helped us decide what to acquire.. highly recommend the Towson La-Z-Boy store and definitely asked for Virginia
