  Very impressed with Sales Associate Gina, was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable and helpful with furniture we were looking for. She took her time explaining everything and was helpful with options that were available.

  Jay at the Towson store was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him I am sure everyone is great there but I will definitely ask for him again.

  The building is nice and has plenty of seats to try out as well as other things they sell. Jeanne helped us out and was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. She was able to get us a great deal and relatively quick delivery. It was a great experience.

  My experience with Lay-Z Boy was excellent. My husband and I visited 7 furniture stores for a new sectional. Lay-Z Boy and one other store were the only ones with actually real furniture and not styrofoam. We ultimately went with Lay-Z Boy because their prices were cheaper than the other store. They also came to our house to measure our space and bring samples. When we visited the store to make our final purchase they had a design of our room and how it would look. We absolutely love our couch and highly recommend Lay-Z Boy. The process from start so finish was welcoming and easy.
