  The whole process was very painful. Tge salesman was not properly trained . Not much help unless l asked a specific question. Gladly l was prepared.

  The new-ish La-Z-Boy at the edge of Towson, in between Joppa Rd and Goucher Blvd, is well appointed and impressive. There are so many options it makes your head swim. But the best part? KENDRA 🩷 You have to visit and ask for her because she is the literal BEST. I never knew you all the things that must be considered to make sure the chairs fit you just the way an outfit would—but thankfully Kendra does! Genuinely amazing experience 1000/10

  Virginia was a pleasure to work with. Directed me to options regarding the chair I was interested in including, color of fabric that would work with the furniture in my room, base of chair and color of the legs.

  I knew what I wanted. Showed me the item on the floor. He went through all of how it worked. Help me pick out the color and fabric. We worked out the price, set up delivery. And away I went. He did not try to push a more expensive model. That is why I always come to Lazy boy.
