He took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question patiently, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. The facility is exceptionally clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe. Worst experience I’ve had at a storage facility.
I was helped by the manager, Matt Everet, and I’m sorry to say the service was terrible from start to finish. I felt like I was treated noticeably differently than other customers, and experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment from him. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior, especially from someone in a management position.
I wouldn’t recommend this location as long as this person is in charge. I hope the company addresses this, because customer service starts with who’s leading the team.
