Finally! A company that restored my confidence that Integrity, Quality, Communication, Perfection and Honesty still exists. Ryan replaced my 1 year old poor quality substandard network with a customized user friendly system I couldn't be happier with for "Less Money". He looked for ways to save me money, returned my calls and messages quickly and was always on time. If only everything (or at least every contractor) could be this easy! Thank You NWT

We recently had NWT Surveillance Group install a complete camera system at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Bert and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They installed four 5MP wireless PTZ cameras along with a 10-channel NVR, and the picture quality is unbelievably clear. The sound quality is fantastic as well. What really stood out was the attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They even ran an additional cable so we could view the cameras not only on the TV in the basement, but also in the bedroom, which was a huge bonus for us. Everything was installed cleanly and works perfectly. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable surveillance company that truly cares about quality, I highly recommend NWT Surveillance Group. Five stars all the way!

Bert and Ryan arrived at my house as scheduled and on time. The level of professionalism displayed from both was unmeasurable. We had four 4 mega pixels cameras installed as well as installing them on two television for monitoring. They took their time, did not rush the job and answered all questions. After everything was installed, tested and complete they made sure clean up was done to perfection. I would highly recommend NWT and particularly Bert and Ryan to anyone looking to have cameras installed. THANK YOU BERT AND RYAN!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ “Five stars isn’t enough” Review Five stars isn’t even enough for Ryan. He was humble, respectful, patient, and absolutely professional from start to finish. He did an amazing job installing all the security cameras in my home. He even provided the NVR adapter and the cables for free, and made my existing doorbell work flawlessly with my wired PoE NVR system. His work is clean, precise, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. His team is just as impressive kind, respectful, and truly dedicated. I look forward to doing more business with you, my friend. Highly, highly recommended!

Hello, I am so happy with my new alarm system that I purchased back in November 2021. There was a flyer at my Uncle Thomas door and I thought it was an excellent idea to invest in some security equipment. Little did I know that someone was trying to come through the back window on Memorial Day. In last than a minute the police department was notified and help was immediately on the way. Ms. Jerri, the security Representative, made sure my uncle and I were calmed and she did not get off the phone until the police knocked on the door. Furthermore, Mr. Ryan quickly answers all my calls and fix any issue that I may have with my cameras. My signal was not clear one day and Mr. Ryan talked me through the situation. Thanks Mr. Ryan for always being there for me and Uncle Thomas. This is a great investment and easy monthly payments. Your life is PRICELESS!!!!!
