Theres writing on the bathroom walls with sharpie very inappropriate stuff.. The store is a complete mess I tried to get locks and key stuff yet it blocked by carts of random stuff no one around to tend to this mess I have to move and trample over stuff on the floor to get what I need. THE GARDEN CENTER is so dirty does anyone sweep or use a leaf blower to clean out there. The absolute worst store I've seen.

I am completely blown away by the sheer incompetence of Lowe’s delivery system and their atrocious customer service. I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered, which was scheduled for this afternoon. Instead of receiving my appliance, my delivery was abruptly canceled without warning.
When I found out why, I couldn't believe it. Lowe's apparently nowadays relies on third-party gig apps like Uber for deliveries now, and their system tried to assign my massive refrigerator to a standard personal sedan. Obviously, a major appliance didn't fit in a small car, so they just canceled the order entirely. Since when does a massive home improvement department store not use a normal, dedicated delivery truck to transport large appliances?! Expecting gig drivers in small cars to haul a refrigerator is ridiculous.
To make matters worse, when I called the store to find out what happened, the customer service was disgusting. A Mexican woman answered the phone and literally hung up on us multiple times rather than helping us resolve the issue. Now I am stuck with no refrigerator, a canceled order, and zero help because Lowe's refuses to operate like a real appliance retailer. Avoid buying large appliances here at all costs !!! I am disgusted.

This is not the place for senior citizens. I was with two companions last week and we went to Lowe's to purchase a washing machine. We looked and compared for about 20 minutes. I then alerted an employee to ask if she could help me? It wasn't her department, but said that she can get the associate for that department. I told her not to get up because the department's associate was at the register checking someone out. I approached the associate not trying to be rude and said "pssst, we're ready when you get a chance." She quickly snapped at me with an "I SEE YOU!!!" response. I was in shock at her rudeness. I then asked her why did she snap at me? She said that she didn't. Im old enough to know when someone is giving me a rude response. I ask the first employee whether she could get a manager? When the manager came over, I told him what happened. He quickly insisted that the employee didn't snap at me. I said to him, "how would you know, you were not there?" I then said that he was condescending. He mentioned that i said "pssst" to the associate. I was stunned. I said that we have the good intentions of leaving without purchase. He said that we didn't have to buy anything, that we could leave a couple of times. I was further stunned. The two companions are almost 90, and almost 95 years old and the weather was too hot to go to multiple stores that day. Because they needed their washer we decided to complete the purchase at Lowe's. The manager then abruptly said, "DO YOU WANT THIS ONE!!!?" It seemed as though he was trying to force us out of the store except for the fact that the companions said yes. His whole attitude changed. I mentioned to him that his associate was rude to senior citizens as I pointed to my grey beard. He pointed to his greying beard, like he was in the same boat as a senior, but no. I do not know what was going on in the appliance dept at Lowe's on that day, but it was not a good experience. I do not expect to be treated rudely when I'm going to buy your stuff. All that I can say is seniors, be aware of the potentially bad treatment that you might receive at this Lowe's.
