This storage unit was very helpful when it came to storing my items for the month while I looked for a place! It was very clean when I arrived and they were very quick to get me a storage unit on such a short notice. PJ upon moving me out of my storage unit was helpful in closing out my unit. I do wish I was told that I could receive money back since I didn’t stay there the whole month but since I was already sent my final receipt I couldn’t get money back which I didn’t find out about until I was leaving and I asked. I still give them 5 stars though while how efficient and cheap they were

Do not fall for Extra Space Storage offers! Once they have you signed up they save your card on file will soon double and even triple the charges on you!
Here is my experience;
Due to unavoidable circumstances I had to put some of my stuff in storage. I picked them because the price looked fair and it was close by and therefore convenient. But it became a nightmare because Extra Space Storage have been automatically charging my card $172 per month on 1st of every month for a 10x5 room currently offered $60 per month! I checked out on 6th of the month and they still charged me the full $172 for the entire month! The room was not damaged in any way. I tried to talk to the manager to get me some refund for the reaming 24 days of that month but he rudely asked me to read my contract!!! The room is already on offer to another renter for the same month! So in essence in addition to being automatically charged almost 3 times the current offer price, they are potentially charging twice for the same room!
My advice is if you have to use storage, please be careful to avoid Extra Space Storage… they will mercilessly take advantage and rip you off.

I had to rent for several months and found the storage facility excellent and easy to use independently with direct access for large moving trucks. More importantly the office management was exceptional and a pleasure to work with.
