We arrived to the storage unit to unload. One elevator was operational.
When my wife got into the elevator it stalled and she was locked inside for a good 20min.
The employee on site had to call the Fire Marshal to get her out of the elevator.
Later to hear the fire fighters say we are shutting down the elevators because this is happening to many times.
Never experienced this before and it’s definitely doesn’t feel good to have a storage unit, that has faulty elevators
