- RARene ArmendarizMay 11, 20261.0This company will lure you in with very good starting deals only to literally double the price the second that first months rate is finished. Yes this is how all storage companies do business (there’s no law stopping them) but I’ve used other companies that always work with you and extend your rates a few times. Extra space storage was not one of them and didn’t hesitate to deny my request to keep my rates for another month while I looked for another storage unit. I suggest finding a different company that isn’t as predatory with their would be customers. Do not use Extra Space Storage. Trust me.
