There is a profound difference between a room that is merely decorated and a kitchen that brings genuine joy every day that I’m in it. Megan understands this balance intuitively. Throughout my renovation, she was a true masterclass in expertise, patience, and thoughtful guidance. Megan took my kitchen from a dream to a place of complete comfort and joy. From our very first conversation, her approach was built on intentional listening. She didn't just design a functional layout—she listened closely to how I actually live and what I wanted, crafting a space that is equal parts elegant, peaceful, and practical. Walking into my kitchen now fills me with so much happiness; it truly brings a smile to my face every single day.   Megan designed our kitchen and did an incredible job. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly. She spent so much time ensuring everything was perfect, checked in frequently during construction to keep things on track, and was always quick to respond with answers and thoughtful opinions. She also has great relationships with the contractors she works with, which made the process even smoother. Thanks to her organization, our project actually finished on schedule—which, from what we’ve heard, is almost unheard of for a renovation this size! Every detail of our kitchen turned out perfect, and her eye for design is truly exceptional. We highly recommend her!

  Working with Megan has been an absolute delight from start to finish. She helped furnish nearly every room in our home, and the results have truly transformed our space. Megan took the time to ask thoughtful questions, really listened to our needs, and then delivered a design portfolio that exceeded every expectation. Her eye for detail is impeccable—she’s a perfectionist in the best sense—but she’s also warm, approachable, and wonderfully flexible. Whether we were debating fabric swatches or discussing layout changes, Megan was always quick to respond with creative solutions. She found pieces that not only look stunning, but also feel comfortable and work seamlessly with our home and lifestyle. We’ve already recommended her to several friends and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again on future projects (just don’t tell my husband I’m already thinking about that!).   I moved into a small condo in Downtown Annapolis that was sorely in need of a new look. Megan (Seriously Sari) began with the basics - paint, carpet, lighting for color, texture and brightness; then the transformation of an "institutional-looking" powder room into a beautifully wallpapered and appointed one! And there were furniture pieces selected too! The first phase of the project has just been completed and I could not be more pleased with the results. Megan is a delight to work with, asks all the right questions, and exhibits creativity and style in her designs. And very importantly, each segment of the project was managed and executed seamlessly. I'm eagerly anticipating Phase 2!

  Opposites attract... just like my husband and my decorating tastes. We hired Megan to be the leader (and often tie breaker) in updating our house on the water in a coastal/ nautical theme. She guided us to pick out our favorite things and incorporated all of the elements we wanted. When patterns did not seem to match, somehow Megan's magic touch made it work. We couldn't love it more! After buying an old rowhouse in Washington DC, we hired her again. She has managed to make it our city oasis. She has awesome taste, great ideas and the best vendors to get the job done. As an added bonus, she is very nice and extremely easy to work with. If I get another house, Megan from Seriously Sari will be my first call. Megan specializes in making your home beautiful one room at a time!
