I’ve never had a bad experience coming to the Severn Lowe’s as a whole- it’s nice to have staff actually walking around and available to answer questions and help with products. However, this view is to really highlight the cabinet design team- Chris and Karen. They are both FANTASTIC! We worked with Chris on our kitchen cabinet remodel and she is so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked us through every product, design hiccup, question, and was very thorough in getting every detail/measurement just right. She also was great in following up with us throughout the process and sending us a very detailed install guide, which made it very easy for my contractors to place the cabinets just right. Overall, I highly recommend working with Chris and Karen!

I am very disappointed with Lowe’s. I ordered my French doors in November, and they were not installed until February. After installation, the doors would not close properly because they were not installed correctly.
Since February, they have been trying to fix the problem, but now it’s almost July and my doors are still not fixed. They keep replacing parts, but nothing has solved the issue.
This was my first time doing business with Lowe’s, and it has been a terrible experience. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and no one has taken responsibility for fixing the problem.
I’m not sure I’ll ever do business with Lowe’s again after this experience. I expected much better customer service.

You all should be Happy to have these type of workers. Even the guy who was responsible for stocking was great!!! Let alone the actual employees. Who ever hire these staff person, should be considered as people in whom these stores need. Didn’t catch the name of those who helped me ,but they were across the board remarkable. I just love good service and that’s what I got. And it was closing time. They still gave me great service. Like even the cashier. She was great. I really enjoyed my experience there. This staff was wonderful. I wish I could pin point the ones, but I’ll be back due to the great service

One of the WORST Lowes I’ve been to. I go a lot. I’m a contractor. So probably 4-5 times a week. Been having many problems in your print section. Ever since this location got rid of the 2 main ladies that used to work in that area, about a year ago, customer service and even just someone being there is not guaranteed. One guy who works there can’t multitask to save his life, he will ignore every single person until he’s done his task…won’t even acknowledge anyone else even if there’s a line. Today I went. Around 1pm…no one in paint. So I asked customer service to bell for someone. No one came. I asked again , no one came. This is the 3rd time in about 2 weeks and I’ve just about had it. Customer service has gone down, employee knowledge has gone to shit, plus there was an asst manager there when I said “ you know what, I’ll just go to Home Depot” he just stood there and everyone was like “ok”
So from now on…I’ll be a Home Depot shopper. I’ve never had this problem there.
