  Very disappointed with La-Z-Boy. The chairs I was delivered was nowhere near as plush and comfortable as the showroom floor chair. It's like they are scaled down versions of the showroom chair. Went to store manager and she said the only thing she could do was send another set of chairs and charge me a 30% restocking fee. I wasn't willing to do that because who knows what I would get, the showroom version or the uncomfortable version? I sent a call me request to corporate thru the website and so far no response.

  I had an amazing experience purchasing my first couch at this location. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I walked in with a specific need and a tight budget, truly thinking this would be yet another dud in my search for a couch. The store manager Vanessa Skinner is quite possibly one of the kindest and most experienced individuals to ever assist me while shopping. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high quality furniture and excellent customer service.

  I was met near the front door by a nice young man. I told him about my old la z boy chair breaking and that I wanted to see what was available and to see if my current chair was fixable and how to do this. He asked me lots of questions and we proceeded to 3 chairs. He showed me the model I currently own as well as 2 others. I didn't like the 1st one too much, but did like the 2nd. The model I currently own was about 500 dollars more, and had basically the same features as my broken chair. I picked a chair that was in stock so I am looking forward to delivery next week. Your salesman was excellent. He knew his product and was easy to work with. I am an older person with some mobility issues. I use the riding carts at most stores. When people offer to help me get things I cannot reach, I often tell them that I am an official awarder of GOLD STARS. Yor salesman earned a GOLD STAR from me for all his help. He is definately an asset to your company.
