    Unless it's in stock don't bother shopping here! The whole online ordering system is a joke. And then trying to get your order is delivered, is a whole other process. Took 3 weeks to get the delivery and when it was supposed to be delivered to my house, it got delivered to the store. Then had some kid call me 2 days before it's supposed to come to my house to tell me he couldn't locate my order and it wasn't going to be delivered. Asked for a manager and they weren't available and he would have them call me back. That didn't happen. Called the next day, waited for 25 min on hold for the manager to get on the phone and he was able to find the order. Got it delivered to my house and I'm missing part of my order. Had to call 3 more times just to get credit. I was told each call that I would recieve a call back. Never did!!!!

    Friendly and helpful employees, although lacking in knowledge about products they sell. Asked for a calliper tool the other day and explained what it was for. The male employee simply responded that he doesn’t think they carry it and then asked me why I couldn’t just use a ruler. I was surprised. Ended up finding it on my own by using the app.

    Love coming here for my houseplants. The selection is great. But their outdoor/garden center has a major bird problem. As much as love hearing them chirp as I shop. It is nesting season. Which means baby birds. I don’t know when, but a baby bird fell out of a nest and onto the concrete walkway. While I was walking, I heard a nasty crunch under my foot only to discover I had just crushed a newborn baby bird. I cried for 30 minutes. I haven’t been so distraught in a very long time and I don’t know if I will ever go back.

    There’s a girl named Brooklyn who works in the garden department, I think she may even be manager, but she definitely needs an education on customer service. I have a special-needs son who is nonverbal and as we were leaving, I said Goodbye to the ladies at the store Brooklyn said goodbye to me and then looked at my son and said goodbye little man. When my son didn’t say anything back, she had the nerve to say “it’s rude not to say goodbye back.” I said my son is “nonverbal autistic” And she says “oh sorry he doesn’t look like that” WHAT IN GOD‘S NAME DO YOU MEAN LOOK LIKE THAT???? I Had to walk away because by the time I got to my car, I was in tears I would have gone back in and spoken to the higher managers, but I could barely catch my breath from crying so hard My emotions took over and I cannot believe that someone like that is working in customer service That was discrimination at the highest level!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Patsy in gardening is uncaring that there was a line behind my husband and me , as she took off her coat and fumbled with it on the chair then put on her vest and name multiple times Did not say much to us as she put items up the counter to be scanned. The other team member was busy talking outside and then said she couldn’t get computer to load to people out I am a rewards member, or at least I was but I deleted it after doing survey and thought I received a reward The survey took me to a number with all foreign speaking men. They asked my name and email. Wanted to give 1/5 of the reward then asked for the credit card number that was used for transaction I did not give it and said goodbye and proceeded to delete reward membership since they were able to get into my screen On a better visit to gardening today was a 5 but because of first noted experience I have to rate lower Vincent today was excellent polite and very caring about his customers.
