- AMAK MaloneyApr 30, 20261.0This place is conducting credit card fraud. Ordered mulch over the phone. They bill my card and then forget about my order completely. Called them 10 days later, they have no record of my order. I show them my receipt and magically they can see the order. Promise to deliver it next day. Nothing. I call back a week later to cancel. They say they will cancel the order the refund my card, weeks later nothing. And now, they don't pick up any time I call them back. I'm filing a claim with the state of MD against this business. You've been warned. Take your business elsewhere.

Delivery was on date requested, firewood is excellent (using some today in my woodburner, yes, in APRIL!), full cord amount as ordered, first time ordering, I'm not looking elsewhere. Don't understand the low star review, but I'm 5 stars. Tipped the nice Delivery guy more than usual as I was so pleased with the firewood, and he was so nice.

More than likely, you "MIGHT" get your delivery days later, and there is no communication informing you that your delivery will be late. Instead of cutting orders off to a certain number of loads per day so that they can honor customers' requests, they allow the calendar to fill up, then deliver to you whenever they choose. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism from this company. I will not be using them again!
