- SPSteve PJun 22, 20265.0I showed up there and Marina <sp?> was sitting in an un air conditioned office trailer. She greeted me with a smile and I explained what I needed. She walked me out to the piles of soil and explained what each was best for. and the price. I agreed to top soil instead of fill dirt. She jumped on the front-end loader and delicately placed one yard in the bed of my pretty F-150. She then said the secretary (herself, haha) would write up the bill. We went back to the office where she remained very pleasant and handed me my bill. This is the nicest person I have had the pleasure of meeting for quite a while, she is a sweetheart! Hawkin's is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, capable and nice employee.

Called them 10 days later, they have no record of my order. I show them my receipt and magically they can see the order. Promise to deliver it next day. Nothing. I call back a week later to cancel. They say they will cancel the order the refund my card, weeks later nothing. And now, they don't pick up any time I call them back. I'm filing a claim with the state of MD against this business. You've been warned. Take your business elsewhere.
