    I worked with Ashley to pick out fixtures for 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. Within 2 hours we had everything picked out- she was so knowledgeable and knew so much about the products. She was also able to keep us within our price point which I appreciated. Thank you Ashley!

    NOTE: This experience is directly with their online store, but it's the same company. This company just flat-out lies to customers about whether or not an item is in-stock when it's ordered. I ordered a light fixture several weeks ago that they said was in stock. After not having received it five days past when they said it was going to be delivered, I called. They apologized, and said they were sending a new one overnight. I get an email five hours later, saying oh, sorry, we don't have that product, and that I should expect to receive it in four months. They have a lot of ghost inventory - i.e. it never existed, and they'll waste your time going back and forth trying to deal with the situation. I'm beginning to think they don't actually have anything in stock when you order it, and they have no idea if they'll even be able to obtain the item. But they'll lie to you to get you to order it, and hope you'll just throw up your hands and accept the situation. I will never do business with this company again. I had to file a chargeback with AMEX to get my money back from them.

    i think some of their things are WAY overpriced - specially since some pieces aren't even original and I can find the same thing on wayfair for 1/4 of the price. They do however have a beautiful store and a great deal of selection for your viewing pleasure.

    Terry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking kitchen appliances, keeping in mind our price point preferences. He was exceedingly cooperative even after we told him we were moving out of the area. I have worked with Ferguson before and would work with them again without hesitation.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
