The location is accessible via Metro but not too high traffic like a Manhattan so it's safe in the evening or night and the staff has always been helpful though I'm a low maintenance customer. Inside it's sterile grade clean, never had issues with climate or neighboring customers. The lady at the front desk was very helpful explaining the move in and if you ever have a bright idea the manager Chris is really great at helping customers understand how storage works and what your options are for an established customer.
